I bought this for my wife. She’s 5’3” and a sz 1/2. So I bought a XS. There is absolutely no stretch. It is completely lined. Very well made! Fit her perfectly! She looks like a million bucks in it! The length is just long enough so she is able to wear flat sandals with it. But not long enough to wear heels. She loves it!!!
